Blown away with how easy / user-friendly this google form add-on is. The company I work for was using another survey product (the free version) for nearly a decade, for a very basic form. When it started to cost for these very basic features (the price was exorbitant), I had to reevaluate the method we use to collect some critical supplier data. I am very familiar with Google Forms, and with the addition of Form Facade, I was able to recreate the form I was using for a small fraction of what it what it would cost to use the paid version of the original platform. As a result, we received record feedback due to the ability to use conditional questions, and embed the form into our website for a more trusted and authentic experience. Form Facade is a godsend!

Form Facade is a great choice for businesses looking for an Online Form solution for their website and other marketing channels. FF helps with lead gen, capture a wide variety of field types, easily customise form design, capture UTM parameters to find source of leads, referral URL that the lead originally came from, easy integration with multiple CRMs eg Leadsquared, and more. Definitely a great choice if you're opting for a premium yet budget friendly Online Form solution over Typeform, Jot form, etc., particularly for lead gen for any business.
