How to share google forms responses?

Open your form in Google Forms > Click More ⋮ icon > Click Add collaborators. Add editors screen will be displayed > Enter the email address > Click Send

⚠️ Important

When you add users as collaborators in Google Forms, they can view the form responses by question or form respondents. The users will also be able to edit questions in google forms and delete responses as well. If you want to provide the option to view responses only, then there are three options.

  • Sync responses to Google Sheets and add them as collaborators in Google Sheets (learn more)
  • Send a copy of form responses as email to the collaborators (learn more)
  • Download form responses and share it with your users (learn more)
