How to sync uploaded files to google drive?

You can use Petaform addon to add a file upload question in your google form and automatically sync uploaded files to Google Drive on form submission.

Add a file upload question

Step 1: open your form in Google Forms > click on the add question icon > select File upload question > click Continue > enter the question title
Step 2: click on the addon icon > click Petaform
Step 3: Petaform addon menu options will be displayed > click Configure form
Step 4: confirmation popup will be displayed > click Yes to convert the Google Drive file upload into standard html file upload question
Step 5: click Proceed to open the Petaform Edit page
Step 6: You can click on the gear icon next to the file upload question to set the max files allowed for this question and specify the allowed file types

Sync files to Google Drive

Step 1: click on the addon icon > click Petaform
Step 2: Petaform addon menu options will be displayed > click Sync to Drive
Step 3: select the folder and click Select
Step 4: click Preview to open the form
Step 5: Fill the form and submit a response to test the file upload sync
Step 6: The uploaded files will be submitted to the selected folder
