How to add description to a question in Google Forms?

Select a question in Google Forms, click on ⋮ More icon and select show Description to enter description for that question.

  • Select show Description
  • Enter the description for the question

Limitations

  • You cannot add line breaks
  • You cannot format text - bold, italics, font size
  • You cannot add hyperlinks
