Most of the information required in this form pertains to you personally, and is needed to prepare for your presence at the conference. Some questions pertain to your company/organisation/institution and are clearly labelled.
The financials (invoices and payments) will be handled outside this portal on a one to one basis but we require that this form be completed for EACH person that is included in your sponsorship category. This will allow us to provide appropriate catering and also report accurately on the conference.
