At Radical, we’re embarking on a mission to revolutionize how we connect and observe our planet. Our focus is on taking aerospace technology to new heights – literally. We are building high-altitude solar-powered aircraft designed to fly continuously in the stratosphere.


To date, we have successfully validated our technology using a subscale solar aircraft, which has flown non-stop for over 24 hours. Now, we are assembling a dynamic team of engineers and builders ready to propel our technology to the next level.

Core responsibilities:

As Radical’s Office Generalist you will be the backbone of our office operations. You will ensure all aspects of our facility are managed effectively and that administrative tasks are completed with high efficiency and accuracy. This role requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability, as the tasks and challenges will evolve with our team’s growth. You will be based at our office in Seattle, WA, collaborating closely with our small, agile, and interdisciplinary team. You will:

  • Oversee all aspects of office operations including facility maintenance, equipment, and supplies. 

  • Coordinate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure all office needs are met.

  • Support HR tasks such as onboarding new hires by preparing workspaces and orientation materials.

  • Implement and maintain office administrative systems to improve organizational efficiency. 

  • Handle mail and deliveries. 

Required skills:

  • Experience in handling a wide range of administrative support tasks.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Flexibility in taking on new challenges as they arise. 

Preferred (but not required) skills:

  • Previous experience in an office administration role
