For this round of auditions, actors are being seen for ALL FALL 2024 University of Arkansas Department of Theatre productions.

FOR AUDITIONS:

Please prepare TWO CONTRASTING One minute monologues totaling up to 3 minutes in length. We encourage ALL interested students to audition, so if you do not have a monologue prepared, selections from the plays will be given to you and available to read. Please note, you will be auditioning for 3 directors, there will also be assistant directors and observers in the room.

We encourage you to read the three plays that are being cast so that you are familiar with the content. Working on these plays will involve conversations around potentially sensitive topics including religion, politics and violence. Are you interested and available to dig deeply into analysis and exploration around these topics?

I am NOT available to audition during these TIMES, So I will submit a SELF TAPE via EMAIL TO LIBBIEW@UARK.EDU BEFORE 8AM on March 26.

I AM ONLY AUDITIONING AS PART OF A CLASS, So please do not schedule me for callbacks or consider me for either production.

CALLBACKS will begin on MARCH 27 and continue through the weekend and up to MARCH 31. Please list any conflicts you have on those dates. Include conflicts AFTER 5pm on M-F and ALL DAY on Saturday, MARCH 30 Sunday, MARCH 31. *
