Two Chairs
Extra booth space for storage, extra equipment (such as tarp stands) and for taking photographs with attendees
Two IDs: One (1) ID for the Cosplayer and one (1) additional ID for their assistant
Entrance is inclusive of the tabling fee for the accepted Cosplayer and their assistant for both days of the event
Located at the exit close to the Artist Alley facing the warm and sunny Sky Park (Electric fans will be provided)
Location allows for NON-TICKET-BUYING attendees to access the booths.
✿ You may bring additional items to decorate and add personal touch to your table and boothing space. You are, however, not allowed to bring additional chairs and tables with you.

Do keep in mind that the location of the Cosplay Crosswalk allows for NON-TICKETED attendees of the event to buy from and interact with the cosplay boothers, and that Otakufest is an ALL-AGES event on top of venue restrictions.
IF THE COSPLAYER OR THE BUYER IS UNDERAGE, ABSOLUTELY NO NSFW PRODUCTS OR NSFW-IMPLIED FANSERVICE INTERACTIONS. This is for the safety of both the cosplayers and the attendees.
NSFW products can be sold, but public displays of products MUST be censored. Cosplayer must verify if the buyer is 18+ before accessing the private catalog or showcase of NSFW products.
Fanservice photography or interactions is ALLOWED with the consent of both the cosplayer and the attendee, UNLESS the interaction has overly sexual or suggestive themes.

Kissing only on the cheek/hand is allowed (NOWHERE ELSE OR BONK)
Cosplayer can promote themselves, their work (props, products, etc.) and fellow cosplayers if desired.
Cosplayer can promote their own endeavors (artistic or otherwise) but CANNOT promote other events. (Ex: List of future events OK ✅, Selling non-cosplay merch OK ✅, handing out flyers or persuading cosplayers to join or be invited as guests to other events NOT OK ❌)
Staff security personnel will be assigned to the location and accessible in the area if extra security is needed.
