Verification of Insurance

All vendors are required to hold a 1 million dollars per occurrence product and general liability insurance and name SUSTAINABLE NANTUCKET AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED. Please note: all GROWER vendors who use a TRUCK in their display are REQUIRED to provide proof of Commercial Auto Insurance.

Section 3: Market Participation 

Currently, Nonprofits can request 3 participation days, but please indicate if you would like more slots and we will keep you on the waiting list. 

Vendor Setup – In general, due to limited street space, nonprofits are allowed space for a 4x4 card table & 1-2 chairs. We provide the space only, you provide the set-up.


Market Dates

Unless otherwise noted, all markets will be held Saturdays on Cambridge Street from 8:30-12:30.

An Applicant's requested dates are NOT guaranteed.

Section 4: Required Signatures

PLEASE read the respective 2024 Handbook, inclusive of market rules, guidelines, and policies carefully before signing your vendor application and keep a copy for your records. Signing the application signifies your agreement to abide by these rules. Failure to comply with them may result in demerits and/or termination of your membership.
