Fellowship Application

Welcome to the Transformative Leaders of Massachusetts fellowship application! We are excited that you are interested in pursuing the fellowship, and we look forward to getting to know you throughout the selection process.

Due to overwhelming interest and demand, we are pleased to announce an extension of the TLM application deadline to March 14. We hope this extension will ensure that everyone has ample time to submit their applications, including those who need additional time because of February break. We appreciate your enthusiasm and look forward to reviewing your applications.

Please note that the application auto-saves for 3 hours. After that time, we will email you a link to access your partially completed application.

Eligibility Check

We ask that you review the criteria for the fellowship to confirm that you are eligible to participate. If you do not meet one or more of the criteria, please pause on the application and email fellowship@springpointschools.org to discuss potential next steps.

Eligibility Check - Please confirm that you: *

Are a current teacher or teacher leader (for at least five years) OR are a new assistant principal or dean (1-2 years) in a public school located in the state of Massachusetts (the fellowship is open for both teachers seeking leadership and and novice APs)

Will be employed in SY 2023-2024 as a secondary educator (grades 5-12)

Have interest in pursuing and building expertise in leadership and school design

Have an interest in pursuing an administrative license via an alternative pathway (if you are not already licensed). Please note that you can still apply if you already have your administrative license.
