These documents can be obtained by your current school. Completed online applications with all required documents will be considered in the order that they were received. Incomplete applications, including applications with missing documents, will be denied. Please make note that only one upload submission is permitted per question, so please compile all attendance documents into one file, all discipline documents into one file, and all academic documents into one file.

A response letter will be sent to the email address used to submit this application after eligibility documents have been analyzed. The letter will indicate acceptance, denial or waitlist status by August 1, 2026.
