Please read through our rules and restrictions: * We ask that all park goers respect and abide by the following rules to ensure the health, safety, and enjoyment of all visitors. The Nick is a private property; therefore, we reserve the right to ask anyone who does not adhere to the rules to leave the park.

1.) All park goers must act in an orderly, safe, and considerate manner while on premises. Profanity, recklessness, and/or boisterous behavior, fighting, littering, and unsportsmanlike conduct are prohibited.

2.) The Nick is a "carry-in, carry-out" facility. We ask that you remove substantial trash (pizza boxes, used plates, decorations, gift wrap, etc) when you leave. We also ask that you not bring in items that will damage the environment or cause excessive cleanup (confetti, glitter, balloons that could be released, water balloons, etc)

3.) All children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult.

4.) Defacement of any property is unacceptable.

5.) The Nick is authorized to take photographs/video of your event for purposes including, but not limited to, publicity, marketing, fundraising, presentations, and promotion of The Nick and its offerings.

6.) The Nick is not liable for injuries, damage to property, or theft.

The following items are prohibited:
• Tobacco products, alcohol, and drugs
• Confetti and glitter
• Grills, Stoves, Firepits
• Glass containers
• Firearms
• Fireworks

The following behaviors are prohibited:
• Overnight parking
• Driving on fields/pathways
• Releasing balloons
• Flying drones/unmanned aircraft
• Solicitation
• Golfing
• On the track: No dogs, biking, skateboarding, rollerblading

Please Note:

We are very hands-off for gatherings such as birthday parties, picnics, and events that do not require a written contract. We do not hold tables or entire spaces in order to keep The Nick accessible to the general public. We encourage you to come up to an hour before the party to secure your desired tables and set up. You may also show your signed waiver to park goers and kindly request they move from your reserved location. There will not be staff on duty to enforce this. Please provide us with as much information as possible on this form. The Nick reserves the right to approve or not approve events on our private property.
