The SQ & Company print program is a unique opportunity for customers to bring in their very own Smith & Quinn print, thoughtfully designed by our team exclusively for each customer

Please note, this is not a private label program. All custom prints must align with the Smith & Quinn brand aesthetic and will be designed by our team. Customer-provided artwork or print requests that do not align with the Smith & Quinn brand will not be accepted for production.

• Opening Order: A minimum opening order commitment of $6,000 is required for one custom print. 
• Additional Prints: Additional custom prints may be added to the same opening order with a $3,000 minimum commitment per additional print. 
• Artwork Ownership: All artwork created remains the exclusive property of SQ & Company. Artwork will not be provided to customers for use on products outside of the programs offering. 
• Production Timeline: Initial orders typically require 8–10 weeks from the date the PO is submitted. 
•  Color Matching: Final production coloration will be matched to approved images and linesheets within industry-standard color tolerances. Please note that colors viewed digitally may vary slightly from the final physical product. 
• Reorders: Reorders of the same print on the same product are available and are subject to individual product quantity minimums, not opening order dollar amounts. 
•  Reorder Timeline: Reorders typically require 6–8 weeks for production once an order is submitted. 
• Lead Times: Production timelines may vary due to industry holidays, factory schedules, or production volume. Final lead times will be communicated at the time of order placement.
