This form will take approximately 25 minutes to complete. A N$1,000 non-refundable application fee is required to process this application. You will be requested to upload copies of the following required documents: - Student's Birth Certificate- Student's Latest School Report- All Parents/Guardians' Passports or Proof of Namibian Residency- Student's Immunization RecordNote that if applying from overseas then the application fee may be paid at a later date.SECTIONS: This form consists of 5 SECTIONS, all sections must be completed in full in order to be processed.
Please note:1. An application will only be registered when the school receives all the completed forms and documentation.2. Submission of the application form does not guarantee a place at Windhoek International School.3. Places are offered formally, subject to availability, only after the initial assessments have been completed.4. Please read and familiarise yourself with Administrative Rule for Community Conduct, current fees and payment schedule, linked above.5. Windhoek International School does not close admissions except for Grade 10 and Grade 12. Grade 12 admission closes on 1 September and Grade 10 on 31 January of the academic year.
WIS uses a BYOD system (Bring Your Own Device) for Grades 5 - 12, while those in Kindergarten through Grade 4 use school-issued iPads. See information here.

PLEASE NOTE: WIS requires a copy of the student’s current two years of academic records (e.g. report cards/ transcripts) to be submitted with this application to consider the student for admission. For high school students, records must be provided for ALL high school years.In addition, for all students entering Early Years 3 to Grade 12, WIS requires completion of our Confidential Student Reference Report by the current school and completion of our admissions assessment, which can be taken on our campus.
