Marine Rescue Cockburn is gazetted as an emergency service under the WA Fire & Emergency Services Act 1998. As such, we are tasked with providing a 24/7 search and rescue service for those that need assistance.

In order to provide this emergency service, operational members of our group need to be able to commit to our roster and training requirements which will be outlined in detail at our Information Evening for new applicants.

This informative event highlights all aspects of volunteering with us and is a requirement for all new volunteers.
