Step 3, SALES CONTRACT
Upon acceptance of your Tender as outlined in the completed Tender Advice Form and deposit receipt, an electronic copy of the sales contract will be populated and sent directly to the purchaser’s nominated solicitor /conveyancer as it appears on the advice. The Deposit in all sales is 10% (Ten Percent).

Weemala Land will notify you of the success or otherwise of your Tender.
