Silver Award Girl Scout Submission Form

We are thrilled that you took the steps needed to earn your Silver Award! This form may take up to 20 minutes to complete so try dedicate enough time to tell us all about your Take Action project!

Once the form is submitted, council will review and respond with an approval or if more information is needed, therefore it is important you fill out the form in its entirety. Your responses for questions #1 through #10 should be clear, detailed, and well thought out. You must include individual answers, regardless if you were part of a group who completed their Take Action Project together. Your time log must also be completed individually and must show your individual contributions to the project.  

Silver Award Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis. To take part in the 2023 Silver Award Ceremony, Silver Award submissions must be received by Monday, February 27, 2023. Projects received after that time period will be recognized at our 2024 Silver Award Ceremony. Please be reminded that Cadettes have until September 30th of their 9th Grade year to submit their Silver Award projects.

Once approved, Girl Scouts and Troop Leaders will receive a congratulatory letter that can used to purchase Silver Award pins at the Girl Scout Shop, along with individual certificates for the Cadette Girl Scout.
