After 25 years of passionate service as the executive director at PARC, Victor is embarking on a new chapter, and we are excited for him as he begins this next phase of his professional life. Over the next year, he will be working on a smooth transition, with his final day set for March 31, 2025.

Looking ahead, PARC is poised for an exciting new era, building on our strong foundation and a robust Strategic Plan that guides our path forward. We are in the process of selecting the next leader, ensuring a seamless transition before Victor's departure. This period of change offers us the opportunity to celebrate our achievements, engage in meaningful conversations, and embrace thoughtful, intentional progress.

PARC's 2023-2027 Strategic Plan includes a stated intention to "reimagine the way we work" through championing ongoing listening, collaboration, and co-design in all aspects of our work. As a commitment to this, Hannah Atkinson Renglich, a good friend of PARC, is part of the team supporting us throughout this transition. Hannah will receive all feedback gathered through this form, as well as be available for listening sessions in person throughout the year.  Your reflections will be collected and shared with Victor, and the Board of Directors to help inform a thoughtful, integrated, and collaborative transition.
