Our final session prices USUALLY work out in the $150-200/hr price range but it could be a little more or a little less depending on a VARIETY of factors like skin quality/your age, location, size, style of tattooing, color or no color, your pain management/ability to sit still, and the approach of the project due to the scale of the project. Any of these factors can be DISCUSSED FURTHER with your artist but it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to bring it up here or verbally, preferably BEFORE you start tattooing, if you would like more detailed estimate or explanations of pricing. Keep in mind if you have booked a full day session that is typically 4-6 hours in duration. I acknowledge that the sterilization method used was explained to my full satisfaction. I had the opportunity to ask questions regarding this procedure. I understand that all equipment used during the procedure will be opened in front of me and we will use regulated sharps containers for disposal. Both written (available in printed version or on our app) and verbal aftercare instructions will be provided to me. *

Current Mask Policy. Per the latest executive order (79) and our regulatory board (VA DPOR, DOLI), our type of business is now able to make a choice whether or not to require mask wearing in our establishment for fully vaccinated individuals. We are choosing to allow these individuals the choice to remove their mask under certain circumstances. We are still requiring masks for everyone upon entry and in common areas (lobby, restroom, on breaks, etc). If you are fully vaccinated and would like to request to take off your mask during your service after you have been settled into your artist’s area, please certify to the following: *** Our business is allowed by law to require any individual to wear a mask upon entry, refuse service for not wearing a mask, and to require proof of vaccination in order to remove their mask during service. Our current mask guidelines are also contingent on our comfortability with local threat levels and new case numbers as provided by the CDC, which are currently on “green” or low threat level, but we will be monitoring continually***

TO PERMIT Figure8InkStudios, LLC to tattoo me in consideration of its doing so, I hereby release Figure8InkStudios & its employees and agents, from all manner of liabilities, claims, actions & demands, in law or in equity, which I or my heirs have or might have now or hereafter by reason of complying with my request to be tattooed. I FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT ANY EMPLOYEE OR AGENT of Figure8Ink when performing a tattoo does not act in the capacity of a medical professional. The suggestions made by any employee or agent of Figure8Ink are just suggestions. They are not to be construed or substituted for advice from a medical professional. I AFFIRM TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE that I & members of my immediate family (&/or household), are not currently sick with Covid-19 & in the last 30 days: have not been sick, have not been in contact with anyone that is sick, & have not travelled outside of the country. I UNDERSTAND Figure8Ink has put additional protective measures in place in order to further minimize the risk of exposure to any contamination, virus, or pathogen.
