The Moorer the Merrier Grazing

Your order has not been confirmed unless you receive either a text or call from The Moorer the Merrier Grazing. Please remember no two boards are the same and they are all made fresh and custom. Inquiries can take up to 24 hours for a confirmation response. We sometimes can accommodate last minute request. Please call or text (234) 738-0559 for orders needed same day.

All products are prepayment only and payment will be due at the time of confirmation of your order.  Please do not submit payment before your order is confirmed!

Most dietary restriction request can be accommodated. Please keep in mind some items may be stored and prepared near nuts and other allergens. Please notify The Moorer the Merrier both, in this form and also at the time of your confirmation of all known food allergies.

Refund Policy

 Refunds are unavailable at this time for all order types. A non refundable deposit will be due on all bulk orders and grazing tables to secure your date. All payments will be due 15 days prior to the grazing table and bulk event. If the final payment is not received by the deadline you may forfeit your deposit without reschedule. In the event of a cancellation for bulk orders and grazing displays, by the client (or fault of the client’s party) for any reason, any date after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will be non-refundable, but may be applied to a future order if scheduled within 15 days of your original event if availability allows. Rescheduling cannot be guaranteed and subject to availability. 

If a cancellation occurs within 15 days of your booked event, the client will be responsible for the entire balance owed. Additionally, no cash refunds will be issued on any product types. There will be rescheduling fees up to 40% of the total cost of all product types associated with any rescheduling of events. All rescheduled events will have to be rescheduled within 6 months and will be subject to fees up to 40% of the event total for all event and product types. 

The Moorer the Merrier has no obligation to rebook or reschedule the clients booked products and services.
