**IMPORTANT** You cannot move personal belongings into your unit before the lease commencement date. The day you receive your keys is the earliest you can move in so if you require a few days before the 1st of the month, please select that date here. There is a prorated 'per diem' daily rate for each day that is other than the 1st of the month.

INCOME VERIFICATION

Attach your most recent bank statement reflective of its current balance. A picture of your bank card is not acceptable for this section.
Attach a void cheque, direct deposit form, or equivalent, to verify the bank details of the account that will be withdrawn from for preauthorized debit. Ensure that the institution number, transit number, and account number are visible.
