We're pleased to announce that Revesby Country Fair will be held on Sunday 6th August 2023.

To book a catering stand, please complete this application form in full by June 30th 2023. Please note, all catering stand bookings are subject to approval from the committee to avoid duplication. We therefore reserve the right to cancel your booking if it is deemed too similar to other stand holders.

Before you start: please have the following documents ready to upload:
- Public Liability Insurance
- Risk Assessment (templates available at https://www.revesbycountryfair.co.uk/trade-stands/)
- Fire Risk Assessment
