It’s hard to say “no thank you” to donations when they fund the many programs of the Northside Neighborhood House. However, we do need to refuse some donations due to the condition. Our employees are trained to know what we can and cannot accept. In the case that you have items we cannot accept, they can help guide you to other places that may be capable of accepting your donations.
All items should be placed in the garage or under outside cover and should be gathered in one area and on level ground.
The drivers cannot carry items up or down steps and they can decline items if the item is something Northside Neighborhood House cannot accept.
Completing this form does not guarantee a pick-up will be scheduled. After completion, a staff member will reach out to advise further and/or schedule a pick-up.
