Furniture Pick-Up Request Form

Thank you so much for considering the Northside Neighborhood House for your donation!

We are able to schedule pick-ups for large furniture and/or appliances as long as they are in working condition and are without damage, stains, etc. During a pick-up for large items, we are able to pick up non-furniture items that are boxed or bagged. For liability reasons, we are unable to carry items up or down stairs. Therefore, items are required to be placed in the garage or under outside cover for pickup. If items cannot be placed outside please contact our main office at 423-267-2217.

I understand all items should be gathered in one area and on level ground. I understand that the drivers cannot carry items up or down steps. I understand that the drivers can decline my items if the item is something Northside Neighborhood House cannot accept. *Completing this form does not guarantee a pick-up will be scheduled.
