Mission Amygdala is a mobile game designed by a team of mental health specialists that teaches children how to better understand emotions, coping strategies, and communication. The game contains Psychoeducation based on elements of Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT) that are delivered through animated storytelling and mini-games.
The game's developer - Calmsie - has been awarded the Mental Health Tech Product of the Year 2021 Award for its innovative solutions aimed at supporting Children’s mental health.
