To complete registration for the Sacrament of Confirmation, fill out the form below and provide a copy of  the candidate’s baptism certificate. 
**\*When registering you will have to upload your candidate's baptism certificate. The registration form cannot be submitted without it.**
**Registration:** May 4th – August 25th
**Orientation Meeting**: August 25th at 3:30 in the PLC 
**Retreat**: November 9, 2024
Sessions will be held on Sundays from 3:15-4:45pm:
September: 29
October: 6, 13, 20, 27
November: 3
**Phase 3 Confirmation Liturgies:** 
10:00am Saturday, November 23, 2024
1:00pm Sunday, November 24, 2024
OUT OF PARISH Candidates must also provide a letter of permission to receive the sacrament of Confirmation at St. Pius from your current church pastor.  Letters can be submitted to Barbara Abshire. (Email below).
