Scholarship Criteria:
* Must be college or trade school bound, or enlisting in the Armed Forces.
* Cumulative 3.2 GPA or Higher
* Must have 50 hours of community service over the four years of high school.
* Must have held a leadership position on JROTC group staff.
* Must be an active JROTC member for at least three years.
