Formfacade supports content management systems (CMS) such as Wordpress and Squarespace out-of-the-box. If you have built a web app that uses bootstrap theme, we support that too. You just have to copy paste 1-line of code to embed the form into your website. Your Google form will automatically match the color scheme of your website. You can also use our popup option to show Google Forms as a popup widget in your website.

Create microsite and share it on email and social media

Don't worry if you don't have a website or if you are not a website admin. You can create a microsite, add forms and customize its look and feel using Formfacade. You can share it directly to your users on email or on social media.

Prefill your form even if it is embedded in your website

You can create the prefill url from Google Forms and use the same query string in the webpage that embeds the Formfacade form. Formfacade will automatically read your webpage url and prefill the form appropriately. You can also send emails that prefills values differently for each user.

Save partially filled forms to increase responses to your survey

If your form is long or split into multiple pages, users will fill the form partially and abandon it midway. For such users, Formfacade will save partially filled form for 7 days. Within 7 days, users can come back and complete the rest of the form and submit it. This will make your users be more productive and will increase responses to your survey.

Analyze the responses that your users have submitted

Once your users have submitted the responses, you can analyze them by questions that you asked them. You can also analyze by their location and demographic details. Uncover new insights and share it with your team.
